Courtyard by Marriott Pensacola West

Armani was super kind and tried to make up for the higher price by upgrading us to a suite so overall we felt she went over and above to make things right... the facilities were clean and what you would expect for a Marriott and in a great location for traveling families. We will definitely stay there again.

For an affordable, very clean room to lay your head, this is a 5+ star hotel! The staff was exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by everyone with a smile! From the black gentleman that checked us in, to the young curly brown hair girl working the bistro, who gave me a small small cup of milk to take my medicine, everyone went above and beyond!! This will definitely be our home away from home when we are in the area!

The hotel was in a central location.

The location was perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to be close to. The staff was so friendly. Also the room we stayed in was exceptional. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was absolutely fantastic, and the layout of the room was perfect. I will definitely stay at this location again.

Where to start….. the property made us feel safe. Inside the lobby was clean and spacious with all the amenities we needed. The room was perfect, updated and the bed was so, so comfortable. It was to cold for the pool though. We plan on staying there again very soon!
