Courtyard by Marriott Pensacola West

I liked how comfortable the overall atmosphere of the room was. I liked the sofa, the bed, and the huge window in the room. Maintenance guy was super sweet to both me and my family. Wish everyone was like him. The tv in the lobby and the other amenities like the bar area.

Armani was super kind and tried to make up for the higher price by upgrading us to a suite so overall we felt she went over and above to make things right... the facilities were clean and what you would expect for a Marriott and in a great location for traveling families. We will definitely stay there again.

For an affordable, very clean room to lay your head, this is a 5+ star hotel! The staff was exceptional! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by everyone with a smile! From the black gentleman that checked us in, to the young curly brown hair girl working the bistro, who gave me a small small cup of milk to take my medicine, everyone went above and beyond!! This will definitely be our home away from home when we are in the area!

Room was very comfortable and quiet. There is a huge TV in the room. There is plenty of parking available. There's shopping and many food options just a short drive away from the hotel.
